will my on create workflow trigger if I use scribe to bring the data in to CRM

Hi,

I am having a workflow which will trugeer on cretate of records.

I am just worried if I bring the new records into CRM using Scribe will my workflow trigger?

    Scribe Insight calls CRM webservice to migrate/integrate data internally  .It has nothing to do with CRM Database communication and hence it will trigger Workflow but as Jason said you can add condition of ModifiedBy or add a custom field on Entity and set its value from Scribe and Check it in Workflow .

    Workflows or plug-ins defined to trigger on record creation will fire regardless of the source of the record - UI, ETL, Mobile, etc.

    If you are not wanting it to fire, you may consider adding a special field that Scribe sets and then filter these records out in the first step of the workflow - the workflow still runs but will stop right away.
