Connected to Dynamics CRM (CDS) with azure data Factory but all the entities are empty

Hi,

Really struggling to connect to Dynamics CRM with Data Factory using the common data model linked service

I have the following entities

ACIViewMapper

AI Builder Dataset

AI Builder Dataset File

AI Builder Dataset record

AI Builder Dataset Container

AI Builder File

AI Builder attached data

But when I try and preview the data everything is empty. Ive read seemingly all the documentation there is on this and Im completly stuck.

My one issue. im using the URI explained to me in the documentation

The URL in the documentation is as follows

https://<organization-name>.crm[x].dynamics.com

Which works but I have to click on my app within this space in Dynamics but Im just adding in the Link above. Am I doing something wrong or missing something. My Connector refreshes successfully but I clearly haven't found my data source in the entities above
