Dynamics 365 Voice Channel Communication Credits

Hi All,

I am curious if there are communication credits included with the Voice Channel Add-In to Customer Service or if you need to purchase additional communication credits? Are their also additional costs for telephone #'s associated to the users who are licensed with Voice Channel?
