Updating a plugin in CRM 2011

Hi Again. I'm not a C# developer but i can understand written code sometimes)...i have a task to update a plugin and register it in our CRM solution. I have:

- Visual Studio 2010 with the CRM Package solution

- The plugin's code(cs file)

- Plugin registration tool from SDK

I have updated, in VS, the code for the cs file. Now i need to update the plugin in CRM. How to do that considering that i need to add two more steps to the plugin during updating/registration? In VS i need to create or update the assembly .dll?

One more question: What books, courses can you recommended to a newbee in C# develpment for CRM 2011?

Thanks

Hi Guido, i have found a .snk file with the plugins source. In the solution/project that i have from the ex-third dev partner there are 41 plugins. The last one is the cs file that i have updated. How to create a new dll file or what do i need i to update only this plugin?  Thank you !

Guido sorry but i have one more question. I have installed from my dev to the prod server a new version of my solution(managed). The solution was installed without any issues. In the prod server the plugin is not working. I have connected to the client server by plugin registration tool and there is no the steps that i've created when i make changes in the dev machine. Do i need to register/update the plugin also in the client server? Thanks
