Users are unable to post sales orders simultaneously. Is there a work around for this?

No workaround for this. This is by design. Dynamics NAV only allows one posting process at the time for consistency reasons.

Sanil,

As Inge noted, this is the posting process for NAV. You can Batch post Sales orders in the evening to avoid this happening. This might help you not get the message in the daytime.
