We have recently gone live and looking to improve areas where we are hearing the most noise.
Is there functionality to have the visability/ability to remove sales orders from the load planning work bench where we dont have physical stock?
We are having issues when trying to release a load to the warehouse which could have 40/50 sales orders and some of them are unable to reserve stock/create work, we then need to manually remove these so we can release the load and start the rest of the pick work.
I would of hoped we could have that visability in advance (when planning) instead of finding out after the event as its causing alot of extra manual work.
