    Hi,

As per error log it seems some dashboard component is missing.

    <Required key="13" type="60" displayName="Customer Service Operations Dashboard" solution="msdynce_Service (9.0.5.56)"

I would recommend to log support ticket with microsoft.

    Dear Partner,

This issue can be resolved by raised support case with MS or Alternatively use self-serve tool RemoveActiveCustomizations to remove unmanaged customizations. They will have to navigate to the complaining form, open up the Solution Layering UI and this option is available by clicking on three elipsis.

    Reagrds,

Created a MS support ticket for this. MS has acknowledged the issue and providing a fix from their side. Thanks for the replies forum.
