Create currency pairs when importing exchange rates

Hi,

I'm trying to set to yes the toggle for "create necessary currency pais" but I can't. I click and the toggle does not change. Does anyone know if this is affected by any configuration? THanks!

When I then try to import the rates, I get the following error even for currency pairs that do exist in the system:

As far as I know, with OAnda, you need to have the currency pairs pre-created for the ones you wish to receive a rate for. It doesn't seem possible to create them during the import process.
