FormattedValue in FetchXML for CRM On Premise

Hi all,
I am building SSRS Reports using FetchXML in CRM On Premise environment.
I am not able to access FormattedValues for any of the fields.
?
For Instance; ownerid field on Quote is fetched as a single text field; its associated formattedvalue field Owneridname,OwneridValue is not visible. Same for Totalamount field; the formattedvalue field totalamountValue field is not accessible. Please find the screenshot for the same.

Is there any additional parameters that needs to be passed for accessing these fields in FetchXML for On premise CRM?
