I am trying to figure out how to add a customized default signature to my CRM emails, like you can in Outlook. I cannot seem to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. You can create an email template that must be inserted every time. It is a pain. Go to the email setup and create a template. If anyone from Microsoft is following this, please add a better way to do this!

Hello,

So far this is also the only way I can figure out how to include an email signautre in a text format that is dynmic based on the user. And uses the details saved to the USer form. However, any idea on how to sync or refresh user details to windows active directory.

Also don't forget to update default email templates in CRM to include your signature as part of the base template.

I agree, MS if you are watching ideas on how to make this function part of the email form and to pull data either from CRM or windows AD would be great.

Also make sure signatures you create are easy so automatic signature capture software can extract phone, address, email etc, there are plenty of them specifically for Outlook or Microsoft CRM

You could create an email template for your signature and then use that in your workflow:

Another way, which is a little OTT:

Write a plugin which fires on the creation of a email activity. Via the plugin get the owner/creator and then retrieve a custom entity(Email signature) which holds the associated users signature. The signature is extracted form the emailsignature entity and appended to the end of the email.
