We are doing the cleaning for our CRM system. The client did the request for deactivation of the unnecessary entities.
How I can do it?

The main question is do you need any of the data? if you do need it i would go down the permissions route, If you don't then i would just delete the entity

I would just remove the permissions (security roles) from everyone and keep the entity there in the background
