Click on a grid row doesn't work anymore (without change or customization !)

Hello,

The click on a row on the grid result (for account, contact, etc) doesn't work anymore.

In Edge, in Internet Explorer and in Chrome.

I've try with the advance search (that open a new window), it works.

I've compare the debuger console for the twoo and I've seen one difference :

When the click doesn't work, in the debug console in chrome, there is this warning :

    Hello,

    I've found the solution.

    The problem was in the url in the user's favorites. There was a slash at the end : http://crm:port/Orga/main.aspx/

    We we click on a row, normally the CRM add a # and a random number like #850061024

    With the slash the CRM could'nt add the sequence and the clic doesn't appears.

    The solution is so to remove teh slash at the end in the favorites.

    My colleague has found the same issue with a upper M in main (http://crm:port/Orga/Main.aspx)

    if we replace with a lower case, the problem is solved.

    Very stange......

    Hello. I don't have JS on the grid result. And the problem doesn't appear on each user.

    Do you have any JavaScript code on the form? It is possible that the JS code is failing and hence the grid row click is not working?

    Hello,

    I've see another think.

    Example :

    I'm on contact grid, the double clic doesn't work and do not open contact

    I make a right clic and choose Send as link --> it opens a new outlook message with the link.

    I copy the link to another tab in chrome or other browser to show the contact form

    then, in this new form, i clic on Contact to return to the grid of contact and the double clic works.

    very strange
