There is no way in standard code to do it from the mobile app.
Also, the Work order is locked by a user for good reasons in current design, such as the user1 might have already picked goods, preparing for putaway.
If user2 would be allowed to override the lock from user1, what would happen with the stock already picked?
But if user1 is prevented unexpectedly to complete the Work, this is something to be handled manually.
I imagine a shift manger will designate user2 to continue the work started by user1. So user2 would also get the stock already picked by user1.
The shift manager will end the session for user1 from the UI (as mentioned before) and user2 will scan the Work order or the LP and continue the work afterwards.
