I don't think this is possible without upgrade.
There's a few reasons - in some cases, they are very heavily customized, so upgrading will be costly. In other cases, they will be upgrading to 2013 in the future, but they don't have time to upgrade this year - so they are looking for options. And in a couple other cases, they have dropped EP and have no plans to ever upgrade. So I was just wondering if anyone else has a solution for the new forms under the older versions.
Is there a specific reason why the customer cannot or hasn't upgraded to GP 2010 or 2013?
