A PO was received and posted with the correct PO quantity but we found later the actual quantity was greater and want to edit the PO. What is the best way to correct the PO?

Hi Jono.
You will need to go to Edit Purchase Orders window.
Select your PO and change the Status to Changed Order.
This will open the PO for modification.
Proceed to Purchase Order entry and bring the modifications required.
You could add the additional quantity on a new line with the same part and receive that line so you do not lose history of the original quantity ordered.
