Hi,

I'm trying to generate earning statements in payroll in a language other than English, but the earnings do not calculate.

any ideas?

Hi Nour,

Please go to Home > Inquiries > Batch jobs > My batch jobs. Click Log, and then inspect the log for any errors that occurred so that you can verify that if the batch job finished correctly.

No error, the system does not see the other earnings except the default earning code.
