How to Reduce quantity in bom , for started production order

Each time i try to end that production order I get this Info log :

Prod. Picking list journal, MB-126322 must be processed first.

I'm unable to reach this journal it was created then recorded item / QTY /then deleted.

    No dont create a new one, you need to recreate the old one if it believes it needs that one. You issue relates to a specific journal, you need to look at the inventory transactions and resolve it.

    Thanks again a lot.

    I created a new picking journal & poted but it didn't solve.

    I used to edit bom quantity minus to get estimated & remaining minus quantity That to use same Lot ID in sending back RM to store.but that all didn't solve too.

    Can I change in production setting to cut relationship between Bom & production and end this order even in un proper amount. ?

    I don't know how to accomplish this,..?

    I appreciate your help.

    Can you recreate the picking list or are the inventory transactions out of synch - I am not sure if the journal could be deleted prior to posting and have any impact apart from reservation. You need to complete the posting of a pick list because the ending costs it, and it wants to ensure you have posted a pick list. Create one, ensure all lines are marked as ended and set an appropriate quantity, even if 0, and then post.

    No its not standard in all production orders.

    Bom still seeing the quantity to be picked so it prevent ending & rest status.

    I tried to post this quantity, but it didn't solve.

    It appears there in product transaction I have this raw :

    item number xxxxx  _WH xxxx  _qty xxxx _serial number xxxx _ (issue _on order) _ on production line  _number xxxxxxx

    End user created picking journal for this item/QTY /WH/Serial number/ then delete it completely before posting.

    So I need to solve it. !!!!
