I tried searching this problem online but still no luck. Also, I tried to follow the instruction given by the prompt. Still no luck.

    Hi Juniii

You have changed Customer Dimension from Area to REV Type so you need to change it on the Invoice as well. Please update it on the invoice and try again posting.

    Here's the Customers dimension..

and when I deleted it, it gives me this error.

And upon following the instruction of appliwin. Here's the info of G/L Account 4-10005..

So, I changed the Customer dimension and copy the G/L Account 4-10005's dimension. Here's the proof..

And now it is giving me this error again.

Ramiz is correct. go to chart of account, then open the gl account card as below example. Click Dimension, you will see how the dimension has been set up. This account is very likely be set up with Same code.

Then delete all default dimensions for that Customer and if you get error for G/L Account then delete for that as well.

I actually want to remove it instead because it is only Customer having that error. If it is not. I already tried to change the values multiple times, but still getting this error.

The same has been setup for G/L Account 4-10005. so you need to either change or update it with a new value

    Yeah, I seen that one..

    pastedimage1683889074724v1.png

But when I removed/delete it — cause it is the only one customer have that dimension thing and the others have none. Now, It is giving me a new error after deleting/removing it.
