Not really a simple way. You can use some free community-built tools to export data in bulk such as this data editor: Table Data Editor for Business Central
You can also try using web services, but you may need to build custom web services to expose data that isn't part of standard BC web services and then you can use an API.
Others in the community may know of other apps but the online web based BC is more restrictive than on-prem databases for security and continuity purposes.
