Hello all,
Please i need help with email setting on Dynamics 365 customer engagement om prem.
I set up a google email server. And i linked a mailbox to it.
But the mailbox outgoing messages failed.
Please see the error message below;
An unknown error occurred while sending the email message "Your mailbox is now connected to Dynamics 365". Mailbox Kemi Akintayo didn't synchronize. The owner of the associated email server profile Gmail has been notified.
