Nothing happens when you switch modules on Navigation Pane

Hello! I have a user whose navigation pane stopped working. When she clicks on Home or Purchasing, the Home Page no longer switches. Has anyone seen this?

Any more information you can provide on this? Does this happen on all machines? All users including SA? Have you tried to reinstall GP? When did this start happening and what happened around that time?

Please log off GP and computer. Then login into system and open GP to try again.
