Field Service - Generate Agreement Booking Dates failing

Hi All,

Have a Field Service Org that has been running for a couple of years and this month Work Orders from Service Agreements are failing 98% on 500 agreements on this system job "Field Service - Generate Agreement Booking Dates". If I start a new system job it's working as expected however will wait and see what support achieve over the next 24 hours as per below.

MS support are stating known bug and trying to fix.

Hi antc, have Microsoft provided any updates on this?

I've just noticed that we are getting the same error on the 'Field Service - Generate Agreement Invoice Dates' system job.

If I view the system job it says Invalid Argument. These Agreements were previously working fine.

Can you check if the system resources are maxed out?

Happened to me once. Especially for agreement dates generation.

Thanks ba365guy. How do you confirm if system resources are maxed out in Dynamics 365 online? I've checked System Jobs and they seem to be running fine. I did notice that the log storage capacity is over the limit but would that affect system resources? Below is a screenshot of our storage capacity summary.

Hi ba365guy, below are screenshots of the capacity of our 3 environments and the database capacity for the production instance. The AsyncOperationBase is currently at 1603.26MB.

Is that what you were referring to regarding the details tab?

I was referring to the screenshot of the failed job. There you find details tab. Failure error log might help.

We are having a similar error, the same system job has started to fail with error:

Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length

Sorry should have replied to this a while back.

MS support found some issue after escalation Regarding your concern, it's supposed this is a known issue and the backend team has planed to deploy the fix today and in the weekend.

I then ran a batch process using a fetch for all booking date that were due which initiated the "'Field Service - Generate Agreement Booking Dates' " again.
