I have a problem when HQ client tries to connect to HQ server, it gives the error : C State Machine: Execute state error 3704 operation is not allowed when the object is closed. Unhandled error state = 7
It also from times to times gives C State Machine: Execute state error 3002, which I do not really know about.
Then, it gave me one time the error 91...
I understand that the error 3704 may come from a problem of password between server-client. But then, only on shop is acting like that, and only from times to times. Is there still a possibility it is from the password? (it happened only 4 times in half a month, and at different times, only it is in the same shop)
The error 3002 is also sporadic, happening only 3 times in 2 monthes at different times of the day. It may be that the temp files did not close well, told me a search on the web, but is it the only reason? Then, why only one shop, and each time the same shop?
As for error 91, I found the support help of microsoft, and it says to change the memory settings of therunning instance of RMS. Will it change something, or as it occured only once, should I take the "let see if this happens again" stance?
3 questions in one, I am sorry of that.
