We have been using Integration Manager for years all the sudden yesterday it stopped recognizing any files other than text. I get all sorts of error messages when trying to run and integration. This happens on the server and the client. I'm also unable to view the log as well. Get an error at the point also. I looked at the reg keys when I try and get out of that window I get an access denied error. Strange. Anyone ever seen this before?

I would log onto this computer as a local admin, uninstall and re-install IM and try again. Somehow permissions have been restricted.
I can only view the data if I change it to tab delimited file. Normally we would do a comma delimited but INtegration Manager is not recognizing that file. The error when viewing the log is The Microsoft ACE.oldbe 12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine. When I go to registration and look at the reg keys and select OK. I get the following message Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics GP\11.0.0.0\IMCommon_Data.xml' is denied. Not sure what has happened.
Check the sources. I just had a client pulling data from another SQL box and it was that box that had gone down.
Can you do a fresh installation on a workstation? Can you view the data before you import? Sounds like something is wrong with the source.
What's the error when you truy to view the log?
I did the uninstall and reinstall on the SQL box and the Terminal Server and still have the same issues.
No, but it sounds like either a repair or uninstall, re-install is in order. I would try the repair first, via Control Panel>>Programs and Features.
