Mismatch in transaction count for (store number) , terminal ( ID) and shift (NO.) and hence this shift is not marked in a statement. This shift contains 8 transactions while transactions uploaded contains 5. Please check the Shift tile to acknowledge this issue.
The reason for missing is unknown. Async client uses replicationcounterfromorigin field in all transaction table to track if a particular line has been pulled. You can see which all transactions got uploaded by looking at the crt.replicationlog. Data corruption in this table or if the system assigns a replicationcounter value that is less than last pulled value can cause the issue.
What could be possible reason to miss at first place?
Repulling transactions from Channel DB to FnO. How you can repull the transactions depends on whether you are using Cloud hosted Commerce scale Unit or Self Hosted Commerce scale unit. If you are using Cloud hosted commerce scale unit, you will need to raise a ticket with MS support and the PG team will repull them.
If you are using Self Hosted Cloud scale unit, you can repull the transaction by clearing the data from crt.tablereplicationlog table in channel database.
From where repull all the transactions?
Can you compare the physical X out report from store with the Z report in the store? You can could also check the electronic journal report in POS with the transactions uploaded to FnO to make sure that the count match ? If you are using Self hosted scale unit and have access to channel DB, you could repull all the transactions by clearing the table crt.tablereplicationlog. If you it is Cloud scale unit, you will need to raise a ticket with Microsoft support.
