Menus are not holding up

Hi,

We are on GP 2016 R2, hosted on Windows Server 2016 Terminal Server environment. Couple of users are facing issues with GP Menus. When they click on the main menus, drop down appears and then when they move the mouse down to select, it disappears. I have to force close user session on the server and then it would work, and it repeats almost every day. Any help would be appreciated.
