MS dynamic integration with ServiceNow

We have set up a MS dynamic integration recently. It was working fine. We used the admin credential for getting the token. Recently, the user who put the admin credential to get the token. He changed his credential and after that our SN integration is getting failed. Is this causing the issue. 
I am not sure. Can anyone help me with this.
If this is the case. Then what are the best practices. How ServiceNow designed, for all the oauth integration. We need token and we need admin user interaction to get the token. If that user leaves the company or changed his credential. does it affect our SN integration. What is the best way to deal with this type of issue.
