How create Purchase Order in HQ without sending Worksheet 401 in SQL ?

I have RMS, interface conectpro, Dynamics GP to integrate purchase order
How to create purchase order in HQ without sending worksheet 401

I need.
1. Create worksheet 340 to send or create the store.OK
2. Synchronize the worksheet 340.OK
3. New SQL process create purchase order from the store HQ.
And continue the flow of my system HQ -> conecptro - <Dynamics GP.

I do not want to send worksheet 401 for normal operation of RMS because it creates slowly in place of the POS.

    Both Archelle and Scott are 100 percent accurate the 401 facilitates the handshake and contains the unique identifier for where the data originated and where it is stored. Attempting to bypass the 401 would be catastrophic to your data and as Scott pointed out the data would be going to a server which should only minimally impact the POS. If the impact is more than minimal? You likely have other issues related to networking or configuration within the store environment. That is a speculation of course.

    We do not recommend this process as it the information is not given an HQID, which is done during the Style 401 Worksheet processing. This can result in information being uploaded multiple times and/or over writing information in Headquarters.

    If a Style 401 worksheet is slowing down your process, I would recommend running the worksheets at night, or when your volume is lower to help minimize the impact.

    I think its impossible to upload store data without worksheet 401 in rms. But you can extract store data, twist it and save it in hq database using linked servers. Another workaround is to schedule your sync to avoid affecting store system while doing transactions like before closing etc.
