Why no preview of account in my BPF

When I make a BPF on a custom entity and I add a contact lookup field I can hoover over the field when the BPF is running in the Unified interface and shows a form of the selected contact

This does not happen if I hoover over the selected record of an account lookup field.

Does anyone know how I can do this for account as well?

    Hi Peter,

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible.

The account represents the company in most cases, and its contact information is generally the corresponding its contacts.

D365 Contacts can be synced as Outlook contacts, but Account cannot.

This is why contact cards only appear for contacts, which is consistent with behavior in Outlook.

I would recommend you share your idea to Microsoft:https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/
