Error Message When Trying to Access Integration Tables

Greetings,

This is for the Cloud version of Business Central 16.

We are getting this error message when we attempt to access Integration tables for CDS/Sales. We get the error when we attempt to update an integration table via a CodeUnit or try to access the table via a URL to view what is in it. Example: businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../

Table connection for table type CRM must be registered using
RegisterTableConnection or cmdlet New-NAVTableConnection before
it can be used.

Any ideas on how to resolve it would be appreciated! Thanks.

    Hi Nitin,

That's not an option since my code is running on an event subscription to read a CRM Contact Table.

    Thanks

    Hi eaf-joseph ,

Can you please try synchronize setup again and then try again? See the below image.

I lodged a ticket with Microsoft and got this response:

Looks like its in their hands now.

    Hello,

Best would be to raise this issue via your partner to Microsoft for further analysis. Maybe it is a time out when synch is running, but maybe this or maybe that are not very helpful. I guess a ticket would be best thing here.

    Thanks.

    Marco,

They are disabled. It does the same thing via GUI and API.

    Please see attached settings.

    Dynamics-365-Connection.png

These are our current settings in our Sandbox, same setup in Production. Same issues on both.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Could you please disable user mapping from the connection setup page and then perform a test connection. From there, try to see if it does work from the GUI only.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Does this issue also happen when doing similar things via WebClient?

    Thanks.

RE: Error Message When Trying to Access Integration Tables

    Hi,

Yes, we are getting the same error when attempting to access the "Accounts - Common Data Service" list in the front end. We also receive it on occasions when accessing certain fields in "Integration Tables and Mapping" after running a full sync.

    pastedimage1590381602296v1.png

It is also, I believe, causing issues with the synchronisation between the common data service and BC. I tried running a full sync on "Customers" in which Sales had 82000 records and BC had 0. The intent was to have the sync created the 82000 records in BC (something we have previously been able to do prior to the April update ). The sync only created 500 of the records in BC. On checking the log the remaining 80000+ records were nowhere to be seen. Not under "failed" or "skipped". I assume this is to do with the above error.

(Yes, the sync only coupled records was un-ticked.)
