GP 2013 R2 build 12.00.1745 Web Client Issue Scale Out

The following error occurs on all client attempts from IE 11 no event log entries on Web Host or Session machines:

Silverlight is installed, GP Trusted App and certificate

Severity: Critical
Summary: An error occurred while initializing communication with the server.
Details:
[HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer]
Arguments: NotFound

    Hello we are having the same error when trying to login via web client from an external computer. When we login from a computer inside the same network it work perfect. We are trying using the exact same url. Any suggestions, everthing is on azure.

    Ron and I were able to figure out that the issue was due to the hostname on the Runtime Service was pointing to the Session Central machine instead of the Session Host. Reinstalling GP with the correct configuration resolved the issue.

    Thanks this is a good point. I have a session with Microsoft Support today in which I hope we figure this out. This point is now added to my suspect area.   Good day kind sir. And I'll let you know regardless.

    Right Ron but if you are binding a Cert to the Session Central and Session Host machines (which is not required) that could be causing an issue when the two services are talking to each other.

    Thanks for the guidance, however the re-install has been done and recheck a number of times.

    Yes I have been monitoring my Event Logs on my Host and Session servers with no log entries. Yes the Certs are bound and done per the guide for GP 2013 R2 Web Client

    Better you can re-install GP web client to check whether you are able to login.

    What about the System Event log? Did you bind Certs to the Session Central service and Session Host service during the install?

    Yes, I have and thank you for the input. This is the only message to include event logs. the Web Management Console show the session starting but no GP login.  Silverlight is installed. GP Trust is installed.
