recently joined a company with MS Dynamics GP, and having issues with the parent / Child set up.
Today, we have a Parent account with multiple ship to addresses....The accounts were set up as Customer 1234, and each additional ship to was set up as 1234-1, 1234-2 and so on.....
Is there a way to set up a C/L for customer 1234, and all the children accounts feed off it?

Yes, you would set the credit limit for the parent account, and all children accounts would have a credit limit of zero. You would then mark the option to Base Credit Check on Consolidated National Account.
If you mark this option, the current balance (used to compare to the credit limit) is the sum of the parent customer balance and all the child customer balances, but it will be checked only against the credit limit set at the parent customer level.
