GP Web service 2013 - Could not access to DynamicsGPServiceURL - Error HTTP 400

I installed Microsoft Web service for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013. I can access to all the urls (48620/DynamicsGPWebServices, 48620/Dynamics/GPservice) but I cannot access to this url: http://hostname:48620/DynamicsGPWebServices/DynamicsGPService.asmx. It 's asked me to provide username and password but once filled the required credentials . I get error http 400 as below:
The webpage cannot be found
Most likely causes:
•There might be a typing error in the address.
•If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date

I checked on Dynamics Security Console. everything looks fine. my user is admin. can someone help me on that issue
