I cannot qualify leads

Hi everyone!

I can not qualify a lead that I directed, when I fill in the boxes and press the "next stage" button it says "no records found". I tried to create an opportunity but it still cannot find the opportunity..

PS. I´m not an engineer.

    for the next stage, you would have to qualify the lead.

    Yes but that is what I can´t do - qualify the lead. When I fill out the info it prompts me to select an opportunity and views "no records found". What do you think is the problem, what do I need to do?

    Of course, there's no opportunity regarding the lead.

    You have to qualify the first by clicking on "Qualify".

    When you qualify a lead, CRM generates three new records: an account, a contact and an opportunity.

    It gives you a quick information on how to work with a lead.

    That link is deprecated.

    Anyway, I have the same problem. It's not a workflow but a lead form, and when I try to qualify a lead it says

    "The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted

    An unexpected error occurred from ISV code. If you contact support, please provide the technical details."

    For some additional weird reason, I can qisqualify and reactivate he lead no problem.
