Performance Timer not showing up - 10.0.12 U36

Hey guys

I'm not able to see the performance timer. I believe I'm using the correct URL setup &debug=develop: https://xxxx.cloudax.dynamics.com/?cmp=USMF&mi=SysUserSetup&debug=develop 
I've verified with another user on the same version, he is experiencing the same issue.

Version details:

Installed product version : 10.0.12 (10.0.507.10052)

Installed platform version : Update36 (7.0.5688.35597)

Is there something I'm missing?

    It does not work for me either, so log a bug with MS.

    already logged case with MS its bug , as per them solution is to update system to Latest Version.

    The fix is included in a Quality update for 10.0.12, as per this KB:
