    Hi

I believe this is a default message.

Did you try disabling the Quick view forms.

I thought as much that it is a default message.I see the same in all Unified Interface.

How can I dissable the quick view?

    Hi ABDULAZEEZ,

    1. Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, then click Entity > Account > Hierarchy Settings. Edit the Account Hierarchy.

    2. Choose another Default Quick View Form. The default for D365 is the Account Hierarchy Tile Form. Save.

Also, if it doesn't work, please clean up your browser cache or change another browser.

    Hi partner,

Is your issue solved? Are there any other problems?

Don't forget to close this theme by clicking Yes to mark the verified answer.

This will help other users with the same theme.

    Thanks.  :)

This is 2 years late, but we've had the same problem. Our workaround, for now, is to resize the browser. When the width on the browser changes suddenly the hierarchy shows up every time without fault. No clue to why it's like this, but it's better than nothing at least.

Same issue here, exact same error and bug, but resizing the screen fixes it.  Two years later and this still is a bug, unreal.
