Unable to activate MPOS - D365

Getting the below error while activating POS:

Error in event viewer:

Device Activation failed. Errors=[{"ErrorCode":"Microsoft_Dynamics_Commerce_Runtime_InvalidIssuer","ExternalLocalizedErrorMessage":"An error has occurred. This may be due to one or more of the following reasons. Contact your system administrator.\r\n- The service is not provisioned for the same tenant. User / Application is hitting a retail server that does not belong to the same tenant as the user / application's account;\r\n- The AAD environment of the user / application logging in is different than the AAD environment for which this service instance is configured.E.g.AAD Production users can only use Retail Server instances configured for Production;"}]; Device Number=******; Device Id=***********; Terminal ID=*************; Force Activate=false; Correlation Id=************

I have already checked the identity provider and it is fine.

    Please check below setting at your ENV, hope this can help you.

    1 Check the Azure port to get the AAD ID and external sub identifier.

    2 Check the worker external identity. It should mapping the value in step

    3 Check the Retail Shared parameters -> Identity. The AAD should mapping the value in step

    4 Check the AOS web configure. The tenant ID should mapping the value in step

    5 Run the Tool 'RetailTenantUpdateTool' to update the retail tenant.

    I have asked the system admin to run the Retail Tennant update tool.

    Once it is done I will update you.
