I have a Dashboard that I have shared with a user by using the 'Share Dashboard' feature on the dashboard page. They are still saying that they are unable to see any data on the dashboard and they get the message:
"You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator."
I have checked their permissions from the 'share' dashboard' button on the dashboard page.
I have tried to now search for this Dashboard / view using the advanced find feature but I am unable to locate it this way.
Can someone walk through on how to add the correct permissions to the user / dashboard to resolve this.
