How to install Intelligent Order Management

Hello dears! Hope your week is going well.

I'm trying to install Intelligent Order Management to sandbox in Power Platform Admin Center.
First, we've checked the license with the account manager and assigned one for our tenant and one for me personally.
Then I opened 'Resources' and found 'Intelligent Order Management Portal'. I only have this one resource available under Intelligent Order Management.
Question 1) Could you please clarify if you are using the same resource 'Intelligent Order Management Portal'?

When I try to install it, I get error -2147188685 Solution manifest import: FAILURE: The following solution cannot be imported: msdyn_IOMOrderReturnsPortal. Some dependencies are missing. The missing dependencies are : <MissingDependencies><MissingDependency><Required type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomreturnorderrequest" displayName="Order Return" solution="msdyn_IOMOrderReturns (1.0.0.0)" /><Dependent type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomreturnorderrequest" displayName="Order Return" /></MissingDependency><MissingDependency><Required type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomreturnorderrequest" displayName="Order Return" solution="msdyn_IOMOrderReturns (1.0.0.0)" /><Dependent type="60" displayName="Order Return confirmation form" parentDisplayName="Order Return" id="{cf65e33d-6842-ec11-8c62-000d3a134a35}" /></MissingDependency><MissingDependency><Required type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomreturnorderrequest" displayName="Order Return" solution="msdyn_IOMOrderReturns (1.0.0.0)" /><Dependent type="60" displayName="Order Return main form" parentDisplayName="Order Return" id="{352b5112-5030-ec11-8c63-000d3a31477e}" /></MissingDependency><MissingDependency><Required type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomwebsessionchallenge" displayName="Web Session Challenge" solution="msdyn_IOMOrderReturns (1.0.0.0)" /><Dependent type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomwebsessionchallenge" displayName="Web Session Challenge" /></MissingDependency><MissingDependency><Required type="1" schemaName="msdyn_iomwebsessionchallenge" displayName="Web Session Challenge" solution="msdyn_IOMOrderReturns (1.0.0.0)" /><Dependent type="60" displayName="Information main" parentDisplayName="Web Session Challenge" id="{87f62c76-4ff7-4985-897f-d1aeb7ade742}" /></MissingDependency><MissingDependency><Required type="2" schemaName="msdyn_clientgeneratedid" displayName="clientgeneratedid" parentSchemaName="msdyn_iomreturnorderrequest" parentDisplayName="Order Return" solution="msdyn_IOMOrderReturns (1.0.0.0)" /><Dependent type="60" displayName="Order Return main form" parentDisplayName="Order Retur...

Question 2) What should I do with this? What resouces or other dependencies should be installed before this?
I'm a little confused  because the official docs say that IOM has no dependecies and can work standalone.
3) Does anyone have experience with standalone installation?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Mike,

Can you tell what parameters you used when you created an environment via PPAC? There are two IOM apps in the Dynamics 365 list. Did you enable Dynamics 365 apps? Did you deploy the Intelligent Order Management Production app?

Dear André Arnaud de Calavon, thanks for your answer!
The parameters are attached. I am doing everything according to the user manual - creating a sandbox with dataverse and the dynamics 365 application.
There is no option to select Intelligent Order Management Production when creating the environment or later in the resources.
This looks like threre is something wrong with my license and the app is not available to me.
Thank you! I will go check the license

    Dears, I found the reason.
Intelligent Order Management Production becomes available for installation only after applying the "Supply Chain Management" license. If you see only Intelligent Order Management Portal in the list of available apps - check the license.
