Cursor Disappears

The Sitch: We have a dying Citrix server that we want to replace and so we've been trying to reinstall SL-ver.6.5SP2 on a new one.  So we'd like to run it in VMWare VSphere 4, Win2k3SP2 setup (the old server was Win2k3SP2 as well).  Problem is when we do that anytime someone either uses Terminal Services, VNC, or Citrix to launch Dynamics when they move their cursor within the application... anytime they get to a date field the cursor disappears.  Needless to say this makes it super annoying to try to enter dates.

We are planning to make the upgrade to 7.0FP1 as soon as we can (test system should be up momentarily) but need to resolve this Citrix server issue (the old one keeps rebooting randomly).  I feel like this should be an easy fix but have not been able to find any other information online about such a problem.  Has anyone else experienced this or know of any fixes, possible clues etc.  All is appreciated!

We have discussed this in the private partner forum for quite a while, and no one has come up with anything so far as I know.   The best workaround is to use the F3 key to get a calendar in the date field
(a lot fo people don't even know about that!)
