Release User from System

Is there a way to release a user from Dynamics SL? I need to run a backup in SQL to perform some maintenance, but the user(s) are not always completely logged out of the system. They leave the SL Menu screen up and leave for the day. Is there a way to force the release of these users from the system when you know that they are not really working in Dynamics SL?

Hi Deb,

All user sessions are logged in the Access table. You can delete from here though I'm not sure if that will end the connection to SQL for the purposes of doing a backup. You may need to go into management studio and end the connection via Activity Monitor.
