CRM 2011: Send Email To Contact Record

In our CRM we have Accounts (companies we sell to) and each account has one or more contacts listed.

When we create quotes we create them and they are attached to an 'account', and then when send emails in crm they pull an email address from the account eamil field. Problem is we want to be able to email specific individuals we assign.

Any ideas on how to do this?

    What is the process of assigning ?? how you will identify contact who this account is assigned ?? you could do a custom development or may be some other workaround to send email to contact, but first you need to provide details how you are doing assignment ??

    Use a dialog... When you execute this dialog you can choose people who will you mail.

    Do you want it automatically?... If you are a programmer probably you should do a plugin, if not, then you can try this: add a contacts grid in your quote form, create a workflow to email all persons in that grid, the grid would be a referent to entity for quotes... I didn't try it, but maybe will work.
