Approve option not appeared in MS-Dynamic GP 2010

When my boss goes for approve a PO he does not find a approve/reject/requestchange/delegate options (as mentioned in above image) in GP workflow 2010. Therefore, he is unable to approve any PO. Could any one help me out for this problem

Pending approval by my boss is appeared but approve ..reject..options are not shown..

workflow bar is appeared but approve reject request change delegate options are not appeared when goes to approve or reject any PO. other options in workflow are working even Dynamic security console is working fine. I do not know why this is happening...is there any other way to resolve that issue means can PO approve by any other way?

We have MS-Dynamic Gp2010 workflow. My boss previously did that job of approval right now he is being unable to do that.

That is pretty vague. Has he ever been able to? Is this a brand new Workflow implementation? Do other users? What does your steps look like? We need quite a bit more information to even begin trying to help on this.
