Sending email alerts with 'To' being the organization

Hello.

I am setting up email alerts to send to the record owner when its created or modified. I want the email alert to be from the organization and not any particular user. I have created a workflow and set up the conditions.
In the 'Send Email' section, I am stuggling with what to put in front of 'From', since no field is of help i.e: Modified By, created By etc. I tried choosing the option of {Administrator(Owning Team(Team))} but that was of no help.

Can someone here help me please.

Thank you.

    Hi partner,

Because "From" and "To" field in email are special fields, actually they are not lookup field, they are "PartyList" fields which are only available in activities.

BTW, users have N:N relationship with teams entity, which means a user may belong to multiple teams, so we could not set teams as from or to value in emails.

So I recommend you to specify a special team to send notification emails.

    Regards,

    Leo

    Hi,

You can create a generic sender, please check this blog:

    Hi There,

You can have a shared mailbox which can be associated with Queue and use that Queue in 'From' while sending an email.

In case if you want to use that queue only for sending an email, you can test & enable the Queue related mailbox only for Outgoing emails.
