Hi All ,

AX 7 

In the Projects form - Resource and scheduling tab - it allows to book  the resources against the projects .

Assume that we have two companies - A and B  and  need to book the Company B resource against the project in Company A .

I had done all the configuration for projects, still system not showing the company B resources in the Project form of Company A .

Could any pioneer help me setups that i am missing need to do to display the company B resources in the Project form of Company A .

    Hi Lally,

    Can you tell if you are using the demonstration data or really new companies. I have tried to create a resource in AX7. It was created in FRSI and did show up in the resource list page of this company and USSI.

    If you tell you had done all the configuration for projects, please tell which settings you did setup for the IC projects. Did you enable IC in the parameters? Did you create an organization hierarchy for the purpose projects?

    Thanks for the reply  Andre ,

    In my case also employee name available in Resource list page ,but that other company resource name is not visible to book against the project in Company A .

    Can you please try from your end and let me know whether you can able to book the resource of FRSI against the project in Company USSI ?

    Hi Lally,

    From USSI I can see resources from GBSI, FRSI and USSI. Can you share your setup details?
