sales order packing unit of measure

Where is the sales order default packing unit of measure defined?  When we create a sales order the packing quantity is defaulting to the pallet quantity.  But I can't find where it is set in the system that the packing unit of measure is PLT (for pallet).

Thanks,
Nelson

    Hi nmirhan,

what i found out is the packing quantity is defaulted by the highest Line number of the associated Unit sequence group from the appropriate item

    Unit-sequence-group.png

That's the unit sequencgroup in Line number 4 you see Boxes

    Item-L0100.png

That's the item with unit conversions and unit sequence group

    TO-field-packing-quantity.png

And that's the result - in this case the last TO-Line marked with 1 - the other lines are from my former tests

    Hello Nelson,

Have you checked the default order settings that have been made for the product?

In addition, check any price/discount journals that have been recorded for the customer.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
