Take a look to "Email marketing analytics" template and see whether it could make sense for you.

Marketing Page visits data can also be accessed within Power BI, you could modify the "Marketing form submission" template and replace its data source to marketing page visits.
Sadly we connected to Power BI then the boss got his first bill and pulled the plug. I need reports for marketing that are available in CRM and I cant seem to get connected to the correct data to get what I need. TY
Currently insights data analytics can be only accomplished via Power BI, because they are stored in different database compared with other general entities.

A workaround is to create custom entities for insights data, export existing insights as excel via the button of insights widget, then import sheet data as records of the custom entities, however, I believe such method would be cumbersome.
There will be a simple built-in analytics dashboards available in 2021 wave 1 release.

As Clofly suggested the only approach right now is to use PowerBI to get some of these reports. There will be a few additional built in reports available in 2021 Wave1.
If there are specific reports that you would like to see in product then I suggest you submit an idea for them in the ideas forum -

I study Marketing, and I often need to work with it and write about it some reports. In some cases, I use https://studymoose.com/advertising for writing tasks if I haven't enough time or the assignment is complicated. This resource has a lot of good examples. A lot of useful information I also can find here. To my mind, e-marketing is one best way of advertising as it covers a great majority of users, which is the main aim.
Usually we use different crm like trello to check all points and differences of advertising techniques.
