Dynamics SL
Voucher and Adjustment Entry, Line item -> Sub Account values has 6 segments.
I am looking for a way to customize it and limit sub account to 3 segment only.
Please suggest me some ways.

Sub Account can be setup under Shared information -> FlexKey Definition.
If you can download the MSDynamics Documentation or if you have them you can find it in GL Training-> 8368A_SO60_ENUS_GL->8368A_A.pdf (To establish flexkey definitions). Below image is an example:
