Enabling Copilot in Customer Insights

Hi Folks,
 
I am trying to enable Copilot feature in Customer Insights. But as per MS Documentation unable to find path for it. As per defined path has to go through Insights Tab>Discovery. Unfortunately can't find Discovery Tab. Please help
