Production won't backup restore to sandbox help

I have Dynamics 365 online

I created a sandbox instance and attempted to restore a backup from the production environment via the power platform admin center as per the Microsoft guide.

However no matter what I do the production backup/restore window always says No valid targets, even though on my environments page I have a live sandbox which is running on a URL.

I've also tried creating a sandbox with no database, doesn't work either

Do I need a certain license or something to be able to restore backups onto sandbox?

Can you paste a screenshot of the issue? The issue might be temporary. Also, you might want to reach Microsoft Support on this.

If you have a Dynamics Production instance (with dynamics apps deployed), you can only perform copies (or restore) to instances with a database (and with a Dynamics app).
